JIANMU HOME / Buyer Information
Quality Control
Quality Control Overview
Define the quality requirements for your home textile order before confirming materials, samples and production. Share the intended use, target market, specifications and acceptance criteria so the inspection scope can be agreed for the product and order.
Material / Incoming Check
Specify the fabric appearance, material composition and construction required for your product. Agree how composition and specifications will be confirmed, and identify the approved color reference or swatch before production.
In-Process Inspection
Agree the checkpoints relevant to the construction: stitching, workmanship, dimensions, closures and trims. Where embroidery or decorative finishing is included, define its position, appearance and approved reference as part of the review.
Final Inspection
The agreed final inspection scope should cover appearance, finished measurements, set completeness, labels, packing and carton markings. Specify measurement methods, tolerances and how any nonconformities should be handled before shipment approval.
Testing and Third-Party Inspection
If your market or application requires shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling or shedding testing, provide the requested method and acceptance criteria. Test availability, scope, timing and cost must be confirmed for the specific product and order; these tests are not represented as standard for every order. If you require a third-party inspection, discuss the inspection scope, booking and access arrangements before confirming the order.
Request a Quote
Send your product, specification, quantity, quality requirements and target market. Include any inspection checklist or required test method so the quotation can address the requested quality scope.
