Plan your order
Start with the pieces your customer needs, then agree the fabric, dimensions and finish. JIANMU HOME coordinates requirements, sampling and production with partner factories.

List the duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases in each set. Specify finished measurements and quantities per variant so quotations can be compared on the same basis.
Include mattress dimensions, laundering conditions and quantities by room type. For white room-linen programmes, explore our dedicated hotel linen page.

Discuss Your Product RequirementsSpecify your preferred fibre composition and percentages, weave, colour and desired hand feel. If you are considering cotton, polyester or a blend, state that preference so availability and suitability can be reviewed against your specification. Include any fabric-weight, yarn or thread-count requirement, together with the measurement basis, and identify what must be checked after laundering.
Discuss Material / Fabric OptionsList every component and the number of pieces required per set. For example, distinguish a duvet-cover set from a sheet set and identify whether a fitted sheet, flat sheet or pillowcases are included. Specify separate colours, sizes or designs for each component where relevant.
Discuss Set CompositionProvide finished measurements and units for every item; size names such as Queen or King are not sufficient on their own. For fitted sheets, include mattress length, width and depth, plus the required fit. State measurement tolerances and whether dimensions apply before or after washing.
Discuss Size RequirementsDescribe seam construction, hems, closures, elastic placement and any piping, embroidery or other decorative detail. Supply drawings or reference photographs showing placement and finish. Confirm the feasibility of each detail before sample development.
Discuss Construction / FinishingRequest an MOQ assessment for your proposed specification and quantity breakdown. Fabric sourcing, colour, size mix, custom details and packaging may affect the minimum order requirement. Ask the quotation to distinguish the total order minimum from any minimum by fabric, colour or design; combining variants should not be assumed to meet the requirement.
Discuss MOQStart with a specification sheet and identify what the sample needs to demonstrate. Confirm the sample scope, charges and schedule before proceeding, then review material, dimensions, construction, colour and packaging as applicable. Record approved details and outstanding corrections before authorising bulk production.
Discuss Sample ProcessDefine acceptance requirements before placing the order. The inspection brief should address fabric appearance, measurements, stitching, closures, colour consistency, set completeness and labelling. Where shrinkage, colourfastness or other performance testing is required, specify the method and acceptance criteria and confirm the testing arrangement separately.
Discuss Quality ControlProvide your packing specification, including the number of pieces per pack, fold method, labels, barcode requirements and carton markings. Identify retail, project or transport packaging needs and any material restrictions. Confirm packaging materials, artwork, packing quantities and associated costs in the quotation.
Discuss PackagingProvide quantities for each size and component so the proposed mix can be reviewed. Ask for MOQ and pricing by variant in your Request a Quote.
Submit artwork, drawings or photographs with the details that must be reproduced. Use Request a Quote to confirm development feasibility and identify any differences that need approval.
Explain the intended use, care requirements and budget priorities. Request a Quote to discuss available alternatives and the sample information needed for a meaningful comparison.
Do not assume that a report for another fabric or product applies to your order. Include the required standard and destination market in your Request a Quote so report availability, relevance and any additional testing can be confirmed.
